An Echtermann hinge allows the cover to remain open at any angle (up to 90°) and close effortlessly.
An Echtermann front drainage tap with safety catch to prevent accidental opening.

Other advanced features:

Made of AISI304 stainless steel.
All models include a stainless steel thermal oil intermediate chamber, internal expansion chamber, Shell high efficiency thermal fluid and internal drain tap. The thermal oil chamber allows even distribution of heat for better cooking and practically eliminates the possibility of food burning.
All models have an Aditec control unit, mounted on a separate panel with a 7m cable that allows precise time and temperature programming and delayed start with a countdown of up to 99 hours. A buzzer alerts at the end of the cycle.
The rounded corners of the container make it easy to clean both the exterior and interior. NGI Demark s/s rounded and adjustable legs for precise leveling.
The feet provide a distance of 27 cm from the floor for perfect cleaning.
Cover gasket made of high quality silicone foam material.
The sides and cover are insulated with fire-resistant fiberglass and aluminum cladding and has fire-resistant silicone wiring.
Easy installation, requires only electricity (3 phase – Neutral – Earth), access to hot/cold water and floor drainage.
