Recognizing the importance of personal data and the protection of privacy, FINDE strives to protect users’ personal data. Any collection and processing of personal data is carried out in a legitimate and legal manner, based on the requirements of the law, EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016 and the relevant Cypriot legislation, the decisions and regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority and in general any applicable legislation.
