Film thermoforming and welding machines (Thermoforming) of the company Variovac
Variovac with 50 years of experience manufactures the automatic packaging machines Thermoforming Optimus and Primus with all CE certificates, meeting the most modern hygiene standards and is addressed from small laboratories to the largest industries.
All models are capable of vacuum packaging, gas injection (MAP), SKIN packaging and shrink packaging.
Depending on the customer’s needs, the machines have the possibility to work with flexible and/or hard film.
The machines can be equipped with labellers for top and/or bottom labeling of packages, with a printer, with a package separator, etc.

Ø Robust, compact construction with reinforced chassis enables the machine to be transported up to 9 meters long by pallet truck or forklift without the use of the travel cavities Ø Placement of key Start-Stop-Emergency stop function buttons in the loading area so that the touch screen is not used Ø The Variopunch hard film cutting system gives the advantage over the competition to cut total film thicknesses up to 650 µm Ø Each machine comes with its own closed circuit for cooling the heating plates and welding film and does not require the installation of an external water network by the customer Ø The unique RapidAirSystem in the forming station enables up to 60% faster film forming and allows the machines to form thicker films without the help of pistons Ø All models are equipped with an automatic lubrication mechanism for the film retaining chain. |
